Express and insured shipping
Fast shipping: we rely on express couriers and guarantee shipping throughout Italy in 1-2 working days. If you have requested delivery on public holidays, shipping may require 1-2 more days, which is necessary for the courier to agree on the day and time slot for delivery.
Safe shipments: to protect you as much as possible, shipments are always insured against breakage, theft or loss. If you receive a damaged package, contact us on info@premiatapasta-shop.com. We will promptly resolve the problem.
We will send you an email to notify you of the shipment's departure and for tracking. Deliveries are made on working days, from Monday to Friday, during office hours, from 9am to 6pm. To facilitate delivery, if you can, indicate an address where someone is always present for collection, for example an office or a shop of your trust.
